Electrical Work for Remodels & Renovations

Coordinated electrical work for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations.

Professional service, clearly explained.

Renovation wiring works best when circuit needs, device locations, lighting, appliances, mechanical equipment, and future plans are resolved early.

Every property and electrical system is different. We verify conditions on site, discuss the available options, and define the scope before substantial work begins.

01

Planning and layout

We review the intended room use, cabinetry and appliance plans, fixture selections, equipment specifications, and switching preferences.

02

Code-compliant rough-in

During rough-in we install boxes, wiring methods, circuits, equipment feeds, smoke and carbon-monoxide wiring, and required protection.

03

Trim-out and completion

After finishes are ready, we install devices, plates, fixtures, fans, controls, and equipment connections; label circuits; test operation; and coordinate final inspection.

Questions

Common questions about this service

When should the electrician get involved?

Ideally before demolition is complete and before final cabinet, appliance, and lighting decisions.

Can you coordinate with my general contractor?

Yes. Sequencing between electrical, framing, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, and cabinetry is central to renovation work.
